Maine Real Estate & Development Association Announces New Addition to its Membership & Marketing Committee

The Maine Real Estate & Development Association (MEREDA) is pleased to announce that Kevin Fletcher, CCIM of Coldwell Banker Millett Realty will participate on MEREDA’s Membership & Marketing Committee.

Kevin Fletcher is a Certified Commercial Investment Member, CCIM, a designation he shares with less than 5% of all commercial real estate specialists in North America. He is currently the only CCIM in the Lewiston / Auburn community. Kevin believes in the future of Lewiston-Auburn. He understands the local real estate market because he lives and works there, a dedicated advocate for the community.

Kevin is also a Member of the Maine Commercial Association of Realtors, Director of Western Maine Transportation Services, Inc. and a Director and Membership Chairman of the Martindale Country Club.

Kevin has been with Coldwell Banker Millett Realty since 1996. He and his wife Trisha work together with a staff of five that make up TEAM FLETCHER, offering both Commercial and Residential services.

Kevin attended Gray / New Gloucester schools and served four years in the U.S. Army with the Military Police. He and his wife Trisha have two boys and are now proudly expecting a new addition to the family, a girl in the coming months.
