Paul is an active member of the Portland business community and is a member of the following organizations: Portland Chamber of Commerce, serving as its President from 1998-2000; Portland Community Police Advisory Board; and Portland Economic Development Plan Task Force. Paul is an avid skier (Sugarloafer), water skier and golfer.

Shelly R. Clark, Business & Operations Manager of MEREDA, says, “Paul brings great energy and enthusiasm to his committee work and we are excited to have that same energy now at the board level.”
